Gutter Endcaps

I ordered (6) left gutter end caps and (6) right gutter end caps. My order arrived and I was missing one of the end caps. As a company I thought I would call and they would just simply send my endcap out. I understand that the shipping probably would have costed more than my endcap but I paid the original shipping to receive my full order. Instead of mailing another end cap they refunded me for one endcap. I thought this was poor business practice. It wasn’t my fault that my order was messed up and they should honor the order I placed.
