Return Policy

Changes and Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order before it enters the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible for change/cancellation authorization. Please call (732) 901-9595 or email info@royalgutterdrain.com. All cancellations must receive an email confirmation from a Royal Gutter Supply, LLC representative. Our shipping and fulfillment departments work quickly to get orders out right away and we can only change or cancel an order before it entered the shipping process. We will try our best to accommodate. If you cancel an order once it has been shipped and refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for all charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. In addition, if you ordered fabricated and/or special order items, you will be responsible for the full price of those items.

 

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our priority. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received it.  We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of goods.  You are responsible for shipping and handling costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. 

 

Please call (732) 901-9595 or email info@royalgutterdrain.com to begin the return process. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email your receipt or proof of purchase to info@royalgutterdrain.com . All returns must receive an email confirmation from a Royal Gutter Supply, LLC representative

For your protection, we suggest you use UPS or Insured USPS for return shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle any claims with UPS or other carriers as to items damaged or lost in return shipment.
Please note: Custom, Special Order, fabricated to order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call (732) 901-9595 or email info@royalgutterdrain.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
