We have been servicing Proffesional Gutter Contractors and Installers for over 30 years. Our loading dock is full every morning with our regular customers, who pickup their material before heading out to the job.

We offer the same products online that we offer to our discerning  customers. Our products have been curated to provide the high quality that our cusomers expect, at value pricing.

We are both. Some items we manufacture in house, while we also have decades old relationships with other high quality manufacturers.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Meta Pay.

When purchasing, you have the option of using express checkout with Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Meta Pay 

To pay by credit card, continue to checkout and after providing your address, you will be prompted to enter your Credit Card information.

We have partnered with Shop Pay and Affirm to allow customers to be charged in 4 monthly interest free payments when paying with Shop Pay.

For large commercial customers, we will consider a credit application only for customers that have established a purchase history with RGD Supply

The payments on our wesbite our processed by Shopify our 3rd party processor. With  over 3 million websites, Shopify is the largest e-commerce hosting company in the world. RGDSupply does not have access to your financial information.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received it.  We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of goods.  You are responsible for shipping and handling costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. If ordered before 12pm Eastern, most products will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

We ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size of the order and the address it is shipping to. For products ovr 5ft long, we deliver or ship via LTL freight. For more details click here for our shipping policy

Absolutely, our office and warehouse hours are 7am-4pm, feel free to stop in. Many of our products are made to order in house, so for orders, we would suggest calling in advance to make sure your products are ready when you arrive.

For pickups, we can often offer discounted prices as a result of saving on shipping.

We also offer delivery throught NJ as well as parts of NY, CT, Eastern PA and DE.

All of our products ship from our warehouse in NJ. Standard orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size of the order

Priority Mail is generally a 1-3 day Transit Time

UPS Ground is a 1-6 day transit time, depending on the region of the country the order is shipping to.
